for those, who slept: ill distracxion consists of mc's and producers world & pliz. they released a huge indy bomb in '96 called "no mc's". in case you've missed it– you can check this out here . also they were involved in several other projects like albums and 12"'s by the x-ecutioners and kukoo the baga bonez. world and kukoo even released an lp under "insane psycho home" in 2002, which is pretty slept on.
now, i've chosen the following tracks for your listening pleasure:
- 2 tracks of pliz aka goldie horn from a kay slay sampler, which never got released.
- then 3 tracks of the big bad wolves crew (pliz, world, ol' dirty bastard), which are the perception of raw ('95-'97).

preparing to go back in the studio to remix/master ol'dirty's big bad wolves under a major label deal. currently running a custom clothing center in jamaica queens, complete with digitizing, embroidery, trimming and whatever you can think of.
world will be active with me on this big bad wolves project , as far as ill distracxion goes, i recorded many tunes with world, so if we have to perform them we will be together, and there could be an ill distraxcion album in the making. so we will be working together." [pliz]
