here you go. i'm not sure when this came out...but it must have been around '97-'98. nick wiz and chrome are credited as producers on two tracks..i'm not sure who did the last one. on "snake charmers" you get a featuring by shabaam sahdeeq (he had a featuring by shadowz in the dark on his debut 12" "it could happen" in '96 as well). my joint here is "black clouds". but the whole record is really nice.
SHADOWZ IN THE DARK 12" '9x
1. FATIGEZ
2. BLACK CLOUDS
3. SNAKE CHARMERS (FEAT. SHABAAM SAHDEEQ)
from the same family there is a 1997 solo release by one of the members of shadowz in the dark and also member of shadez of brooklyn. snake aka bo-constricta comes with three joints all produced by cee and rich blak from the beatminerz fame. i like "rich + switch" and "the set-up darkside mix" best.
to be honest, i like the shadowz in the dark 12" more..but i have rarely seen this record on the web, so keep your eyes open.
SNAKE AKA BO-CONSTRICTA 12" '97
1. THE SET-UP (DARKSIDE MIX)
2. THE SET-UP (WEST COAST MIX)
3. RICH + SWITCH
enjoy,

Good lookin' out, I knew the Shadows record existed but have never seen it, and didn't even know about the Snake joint. Dope stuff indeed. There are more Shadowz joints out there, they were on a few of the Ecko Unlimited Underground Airplay tapes they used to give away with their gear back in the mid-90's. Here's one that I ripped a few years ago called Shadowboxin'. I would date it at probably early to mid-'94. Here's the link.

If any of y'all ever come across any of the tapes, they're dope as hell and full of exclusives unavailable anywhere else.
Oh and don't worry about the link. Just copy and paste it, it's all there even if you can't see it.

Yo me and Black Sun are in the studio again blow torchin' some hot metal and molten lava for y'all...i can at least hitcha wit somethin else vintagw while the cauldren is bubblin'..gimme a hot minute and ill bless you... but definitely let headz know that Monochrome and Black Sun are on the way.
There was another track by them on JR EWING tape no2 called "flight 704" from 98. Where's that from?
Black Sun says the only members in Shadowz In The Dark were him and Monochrome... He claims to not know who Snake aka Bo-Constricta is (?) Haha, let's compare notes.
I know this is mad late, but a couple of months ago, I found out that Black Sun from Shadowz In The Dark is the cat that did that "Quarter To Midnight" track I been looking for.
He claims it was never on wax, but I swear it was.
Silver label with burgundy or black writing. Bobbito played it but doesn't remember if it was a vinyl.
Anyways, are you still there Monochrome?
Do you remember this song?
It used this Nick Wiz beat-

Why don't you just hit up Nick Wiz on myspace? I am sure he got the track as he had SITD tracks on his compilation.
@König Stieflkater- I've tried numerous times to contact Nick Wiz about this track. He doesn't respond at all. Maybe I'll see if he has a Facebook page and try to contact him from there.
