if you have an idea of the boston underground scene then you can't ignore the street poets crew! dif productions, polecat and punch (spiked with poison) had a self titled full length cd in '95 on dbk records and altogether released four 12inches. production credits go to dow brain, brad young, my nutz, mob 1 and killa c. (the first?) three releases were on dbk records while polecats "rip" single was put out on ruckus records.
once again, excellent stuff right here! also make sure to get their cd! i can really recommend this.
1. SKINZ
2. SKINZ (REMIX)
3. EVERYDAY LIFE
unfortunately i traded my original copy away a few years back. all i have left is the japanese bootleg which has a wrong catalog number on the label plus a different run out than the og.
it is a pretty obvious bootleg. check this link to www.labelscans.com for pictures of the original issue.
